We’re pleased to announce the launch of our new website and convenient online reservation portal for customers to book boarding, daycare and grooming appointments for their dogs, cats or other small animals.
“It’s been a long time coming”, says owner Paul Kennedy. “We understand Austin is a tech-savvy town, and customer-friendly applications are expected,” he states. “Our new website is user-friendly, responsive for tablets and smartphones, and includes an online portal for customers to reserve boarding, daycare or grooming at their convenience”, he continued.
In addition, technological improvements are extending directly to the client by way of a daily digital report card sent to owners. Each boarding reservation will include a daily digital report with a photo sent to the owner via text or email, depending on their preference.
